How do you find the Cap'n? Does he usually keep his bargains?

[ He had not felt oblivion loom since facing the God Eater again; he wasn't willing to accept it then, and certainly wasn't at the hands of mortals. ]
There has not, so far, been an opportunity to approach him directly or renegotiate terms. We speak to him through the network; he answers, or he doesn't.

I was forsaken by my family for a second time, and we all paid the price. The Captain made his offer only to me.
